Who are Blue Line ?

Blue Line is a French company specializing in transport services for passengers. Its entries in the public register of companies and transportation companies are as follows:

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

What is an airport transfer?

This is the transportation of a passenger to or from an airport.

What kind of vehicle do you use?

Blue Line has a fleet of modern mini buses and coaches. All our vehicles have seat belts, air-conditioning and special winter tyres for use on snow-covered roads.

Will I have to share the coach or mini bus with other passengers?

No. You have booked a private transfer and it is for your exclusive use.

Are there reduced rates for children?

No. Children each have their own seats in the vehicle. French highway legislation states that it is illegal to travel in vehicle with a child sat on one's lap. Please specify how many child safety seats you will need when you make your booking.

Does my driver speak English?

Yes, the majority of our drivers speak English.

How long will I have to wait at the airport?

Your Blue Line driver will arrive at the airport at the scheduled arrival time of your flight.

How will I recognise my driver?

Your Blue Line driver will be waiting for you in the 'Arrivals' zone and will have a sign with your name on it.

Can I have the telephone number of my driver?

No. If you have a problem, please contact our booking service via the number given on your booking confirmation form.

I can't find my driver at the airport. What should I do?

Your driver should arrive at the airport at the scheduled arrival time of your flight. However, if you do have a problem, please contact us on the number given on your booking confirmation form.

What should I do if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

You must contact our booking service on the number given on your booking confirmation form.

What should I do if my bags don't arrive with me on my flight?

You will need to fill in a lost luggage form with the relevant baggage retrieval agency, however, you must let your Blue Line driver know what is happening.
